Enterprise AI · Delivered on evidence
AI that advances on evidence — or ends on it.
LUNTA is an enterprise AI consultancy. We design, prove, and scale AI systems for large organisations — with thresholds agreed in writing before anything is built, and an exit gate closing every phase.
We do not sell demos. We deliver systems judged against numbers agreed before we write code.
- From a stalled pilotto a system in production.
- From demo metricsto thresholds signed before code.
- From consultant dependenceto named internal owners.
- From a closing narrativeto a number against the baseline.
What we do
All services- 01AI Opportunity DiagnosisA fixed-scope, fixed-fee assessment that tells you where AI will pay in your operation — and where it won’t.
- 02AI Systems DeliveryAgents, copilots, and knowledge systems engineered to production standard — not demo standard.
- 03AI Operating Model & GovernanceThe part most programmes skip: how your organisation runs AI after the consultants leave.
One delivery system. Five gates.
Every engagement moves through the same phased system, and every phase ends at a gate with named evidence. We advance a programme only when its exit gate passes — so a phase, once reached, never has to be surrendered. Progress at LUNTA does not get walked back, because it was never claimed before it was proven.
What you can verify before you pay
Four things a firm normally makes you book a meeting to see. All four are published, which is the only version of trust that survives due diligence.
01
The method, in full
Five phases, five exit gates, and the named artifacts each gate requires — published rather than gated behind a lead form. Judge the machinery before you buy the outcome.
02
The documents you would receive
Four artifacts carry the weight of a programme. We publish their formats with worked extracts — including a no-go memo, because a page showing only the case that passed would reproduce the exact bias this method removes.
03
How we contract, and how you leave
Priced one phase at a time. Gate criteria annexed to the statement of work. Termination for convenience at every gate, with no exit fee — and a published list of what your procurement team can ask us for.
04
What we can and cannot assure
Data handling, model usage, deployment shapes, and cross-border processing — alongside a published list of the certifications we do not hold. You should find that out here, not in week three of a procurement cycle.
Perspectives

A demo budget is not a run rate
Pilots are judged on capability and killed by arithmetic. The cost ceiling belongs in the threshold schedule, not in the rollout post-mortem.

Week six is too late to meet your data
Enterprises discover their real data estate halfway through a build. Readiness is a finding worth purchasing in week one, not a risk to absorb in week six.

Own the evaluation, rent the model
Models will keep changing underneath you. The evaluation suite that judges them is the asset your programme actually keeps.
Start where almost every engagement starts.
A fixed-scope diagnosis of where AI will pay in your operation — and where it won’t. Two to four weeks. Yours either way.
